Reservations

You can reserve your room by giving credit or debit card details at the time of booking
or by paying for your room in full in advance of your arrival. Payment can be made by
debit / credit card, personal & business cheques and cash.

A debit / credit card used must have an expiry date that is valid after the date of stay.

Pinfield Hotel must receive all Personal & Business cheques at least three weeks
before the arrival date.  Pinfield Hotel regrets that if a cheque is received late or
dishonoured, it may not be able to keep the reservation available.

Payment

Pinfield Hotel accepts payment by cash, credit / debit card (VISA, Mastercard,
American Express, Maestro Electron), Business Account, personal & business
cheques


Room prices

Room prices are based on how many people are sharing the room.  A light breakfast
is included in the room price.  There is a supplement for all other breakfast options.
Pinfield Hotel reserves the right to review its room prices from time to time.  You will
pay the room price as quoted at the time of booking.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so by 12 noon 7 days prior to the
day of your arrival.  If you cancel after this time, you will be charged for your first
night stay. If your stay is less than your original booking, please give Pinfield Hotel
at least 24 hours notice of your early departure, otherwise you will be charged the
cost of one night’s accommodation per room booked.
 

Bookings made on day of arrival are non-refundable, and are subject to the
standard cancellation terms.

Arrivals and departures

Rooms are available from 15:00 on the date of arrival.  An early check-in
of 13:00 is available on request (subject to availability & £10 surcharge).
Check-in is by 21:00 on day of arrival.

Your room must be vacated by 10:30 am on the day of departure.  Failure to leave your
room by this time will result in additional charges up to and including the cost of one
night’s accommodation.

 

Particular requirements

Pinfield Hotel can provide a cot on request at no extra charge.

Pinfield Hotel operates a 100% no smoking policy throughout.  Smoking in a bedroom
will result in a £100 fine.

Although Pinfield Hotel will make every possible effort to accommodate your personal
requirements, all rooms are subject to availability.  We apologise in advance if your ~
particular request cannot be met.


Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room between 7am and 9 am on weekdays and
between 8am and 9.30am at weekends and on Bank Holidays. A light breakfast is
included in the room price.  There is a supplement for cooked breakfasts.


Please note

All guest vehicles are parked at guests own risk and Pinfield Hotel is not responsible
for any loss or damage whatsoever.We regret, with the exception of assistance dogs,
no pets are allowed at Pinfield Hotel . Electrical appliances, such as microwaves,
toasters, mini cookers and portable grills, may not be used in the rooms as they may
set off the sensitive fire alarm system.

Reservations for rooms are non-transferable and must not, under any circumstances,
be sold or otherwise transferred to a third party.

All prices and details are correct at time of going to print and are subject to change
without notice. 

 

Group booking reservations

A group booking of 3 rooms or more is considered a group booking with Pinfield
Hotel.  If a group of individuals has booked separately e.g. weddings, parties, Pinfield
Hotel reserves the right to enforce Group terms and conditions to those bookings
regardless of the booking channel used to book.

Confirming group bookings

All group bookings are held on option for up to 28 days prior to the arrival date, at
which time Pinfield Hotel must have received your signed contract (letter of
confirmation) to hold the rooms further; if the booking is for 3 rooms or more, we
require a 50% non refundable deposit at this point.  A rooming list is required 14 days
prior to arrival.

Payment in full is to be received 14 days prior to arrival.


Pinfield Hotel expectations of your group

You are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms or the
furnishings of the hotel.  If any act, default or neglect by the guests or organisers
results in damage or complaints from other guests, the customer shall be liable to
pay Pinfield Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy such
damage.

In the event of wilful or negligent interruption to the business or other customers,
Pinfield Hotel will charge the amount of any loss to the customer and terminate the
contract.  Pinfield Hotel will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such
circumstances.

The customer / means the organising body company and organisers responsible
for commissioning and payment of the event.

The contract means the agreement between Pinfield Hotel and the customer for a
specific booking or series of bookings.  This contract applies to Pinfield Hotel and
The Pinfield Hotel Customer and no payment will be made to any third parties. 
Pinfield Hotel reserves the right to cancel the Customer’s reservation without further
notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Pinfield Hotel do not accept liability for any failure to provide services contracted
due to circumstances beyond our control including industrial action, postal
communication, plant failure, supply of gas, electricity and water or fire alarm
evacuation.  The details of these Terms and Conditions do not remove the common
law duty to mitigate losses.

All group bookings are subject to Pinfield Hotel Standard Terms & Conditions.
